About Me!
I have always had a keen interest in health and food, which led me to complete my Masters (MSc) at Chester University in Public Health Nutrition in 2007. I have since worked for the public health and private sector, specialising in lifestyle change and fat loss. I am a Registered Nutritionist with the AfN, and have over 15 years experience in supporting people achieve their goals.
Food is not only fuel for living, but also used for pleasure, comfort and socialising. Striking a balance between both pleasure and health can be difficult, filled with complications and confused by marketing messages and years of dieting
my mission
The health & fat loss industry is a space consumed with
misinformation and the promise of quick results.
Many are desperate to lose weight and are willing to try
anything. This makes people vulnerable to being taken
advantage of by those coaches that are driven solely by money
My aim is to show you how to adapt and manage your
own eating habits, whilst still being able to live your
life. I don't want you to get results for just 8 weeks, we
want results that last!
No food rules, no counting 'syns', no banned foods.

Changing your mindset around food and your relationship
to it is my thing!
Realistically this is the key and missing part for sustainable fat loss...... not a specific calorie target or macro split.
I know many of you feel like fat loss is an impossible task, but ask yourself is it really you that's the problem. Or is it starting a diet that is impossible to maintain? Or could it be your quest for perfection that's tripping you up?
There will never be a perfect time, so just make that first step. I want you to enjoy social occasions, not hide away for the next couple of months.
